Chapter 26: The Time We Had A Live Concert

Hey what is up everyone it's The to the Dylan to the Sark. Call me TheDylanSark or just simply Dylan, either way works. I hope you bought tickets to my live concert on April 8, and watched me performance my original song and music video. Okay the song was by (the very best) Witt Lowry, but the music video was fully created by me. Check out that music video in my last blog or just my last video. In this blog we talk about my new video, what it was like being on a stage, a sneak peak to my next video, and whatever wacky things come to my mind!
This new video was (basically) raw footage from my school's Talent Show. It was recorded by my dad, and of course put together by me. Now whatever other acts were recorded I most likely put them in the video after my act (because I'm obviously the star). Although it's a shame I didn't win, it was still a really fun learning experience and my first time being on a stage even though I wasn't scared at all, like come on guys I do YouTube. This experience also taught me a lot of things about life in general. Life is hard, cruel, and a ton of fun. If you want a record deal or a modeling deal, you ain't getting that unless you've been doing this stuff for a long time and have had tons of experience. There are a few people who have had things given to them because of their looks but it's even better if YOU WORKED to get there. There's a reason why I love rap from these underrated artists, because they've been on a grind forever and they are people who are real who have worked and are forever going to keep pursuing their dreams. I know if you are someone like me who (has never had someone have a crush on them) and aren't the "hottest guy in school" or even ever called hot at all. YES that IS ME, but I will always push through and so what if I'm not attractive to you, your dog, or your sister, I will still make YouTube videos and go for other goals.
Now being on stage is really easy, because the lights just blind you instantly. I couldn't even tell where my parents were but honestly the whole point of it was for me. Maybe I should make a clothing company, would you like to wear things I said in this blog? I'll think about it, because I want to follow my goals as should you. :)

Chapter 25: Team Tera Comeback?

Hey what is up you guys and I think my head is still hurting from Friday night. It's TheDylanSark here back at it again (not with the white vans) with another blog. You cannot believe how happy I am that viral video is finally gone. Anyways if this if your first time reading my blog, hello that I am Dylan, leader of Team Tera, owner of TheDylanSark Youtube channel, and overly average teenager. I'd love for you to catch up on just well everything.

In this blog we talk about the image on my right, why I was so hung over from Friday night, what is Team Tera, and whatever else comes to my mind!

First let's start with the fact of what is Team Tera? Team Tera was created back in 6th grade with David Kl. http://davidkblogs.blogspot.com/ . David and I were the leaders of it because we wanted to create a... wait for it... a skating group. I'm going to explain this like it was an anime series.

     We stood there in a desert, just the two of holding black bananas in our hands. They stood on the other side, he was a traitor so I grabbed the back of the collar of his shirt and threw him in front of us. They appeared, I held my breath, David not a fear in his eyes and did not blink. Two of them appeared one tall, one short, both long hair. They stood with their backs against each other, one disappeared, I drew my pistol and used it to deflect the quick slash of a sword. I only moved an inch and spun my pistol and threw it up in the air. "We are Team Tera and we will be your rivals, so remember our names!" I tightened the banana around my head and so did David. Russell was gone he stood up in front of the two rivals, Ryan and Max. Russell grinned dashed at me. Way too slow, David was in front and stopped Russell with his shield, Russell jumped over David it was a faint. I held my back against David's and shot ahead of me, then withdrew my gun. I formed signs with my hands and yelled "Summoning Justu: Bezner Twins!" As I bit my thumb to let out blood and slammed in into the ground.



Chapter 24: Wonder If You Wonder MV

NEW VIDEO IS OUT ON MY CHANNEL! Hey what is up everyone it is TheDylanSark (aka Dylan.) Yes here we out with a new video taken from my Talent Show. I didn't explain in my last blog because I thought I'd explain it in this one. This video was played in the background of me during the Talent Show thanks to the idea of my English (Literature) Teacher. I created this video last Tuesday/Wednesday preparing for the Talent Show. This was I think one of my biggest achievements of doing so much on (basically did all of it on) Wednesday. This was my first time using these new editing techniques. Oh I'm getting ahead of myself let's get into the blog, which we talk about my NEW music video, video editing, how cool it was, and whatever else comes to my mind! Latest Video

Hi welcome back from your long journey from paragraph to paragraph. Now this video really meant something to me as an accomplishment, and a show of my skills as a photographer and video editor. The picture on the bottom is going to be my profile picture for everything and here's the reason. Friends change so often and you love, and you hate, then you make up, and next I want to slit your throat. I want this to be my picture (besides the fact that it's amazing) I want to prove that I can do everything by myself and I know that I will always believe in myself and having my profile pictures with others and I start to doubt them and wonder if they really are my friends. Now I'm not going to delete any photos on my Instagram of the people who were my friends at that time because it was at that time and I want my Instagram to be a memory not a battlefield.

Chapter 23: Ready For Your Live Performance?

Hey what is up you guys, I have a serious question. Have you ever performed on a stage in front of 100+ people? Yeah neither have I, but it surely does sound fun for me. If you have performed on a stage then you know that feeling, I don't know I've never performed. So I hope you guys know that I am going to be in my school's Talent Show. No, I was not forced by my parents to do this, I wanted to do this by my own will. Let's get into the blog, which we will talk about ideas, the show, why you should come, and whatever else comes to my mind!

After this show I will be The One, The Famous, TheDylanSark. I don't really think that will happen but it be cool if it did. To be absolutely honestly I think people want others to be famous so that they can say that they know you, although all you did was pass them a paper. I would dead honest love to be famous, have people chanting my name, performing on a stage, people wanting to keep fighting for their lives because of me, support them through their troubles, have fan meet-ups, etc. A lot and I mean tons of people are going to doubt me and if and if I actually make it what are they going to do then? There's a quote that I hear from like an anime or something that's "Our eyes are placed in front because it is more important to look ahead than to look back." So if you are doubting me saying I'm never going to make I want you to look where you are, because while you are saying that I'm already walking ahead of you following my own goals.

Hey what is going on everyone it's "The Reason why I'm TheDylanSark." I've always wanted to have my own clothing line and I think I finally found it. I was thinking of my old skate group called Team Tera, but I don't skate anymore so... Now it will be "The Reason Why" because I feel a lot of people can relate to that and it goes with a lot of quotes and motives. I wrote that poem for my mom based on the things we do together and started it off with "The Reason Why". I would actually love for a sweater with that on the front or back and on the opposite side have the logo. This was just some random thought, leave advice and comments below, and I'll update you on it later!

Chapter 20: FOREVER TDS

Hey what is up everyone and we are back at it with a new video. It's TheDylanSark back at it although the video is a bit weird I hope you read the rest of this and watch the rest of the video! In this blog I talk about behind the scenes of my new video, and why was it so random?

This video is called "Talent Show Practice Vlog!" Guess what that means, and I hope you guessed right because I'm doing the Talent Show for my school "Portola's Got Talent." I will be playing guitar and either rapping or singing. Although I'm really not a good singer, so I think I'd rather rap. The rap I'm doing is called "Wonder If You Wonder" by Witt Lowry. I performed/recorded this video in my garage, I'm not sure how much I've talked about my garage in my blogs. So my garage was where my oldest brother used to be all day but now he is in college and I want the garage now. But I want to mostly remodel it and make it into a studio. I want a photo shoot area with that white background and bright lights so I can make videos there. I want my computer set-up on a raised wooden floor with desks and shelves, printer, etc. Then next to that will be like a lounge area with a couch-bed thing, a table, and two chairs. The garage is bigger than most other garages and we don't put our cars in there so there's no worry about that. Right now I'm just in the process of cleaning everything out because there's a lot of old stuff in there, then we paint and build the raised wooden floor then we furnish.
  After when it's built I can upload and record more because I'll be alone and I don't like to edit my videos when there are other people around. I can record whenever without any background noise, and I'll finally have proper lighting and equipment for my videos. Yeah so back to the video, it's filmed in my garage. This video was just one of those "Why not?" videos. It was really random especially while editing because for some reason I put other videos and sounds over my own voice and I realize that I really shouldn't have done that. It's already a "cringe-worthy" video and I kind of made it more like that with other videos.
     Okay that's the end of this video, I mean blog I can't even type correctly but I'll leave it in there. I'm just rapping along to "Kindest Regards" Live right now not paying attention. Love you guys to the fridge and back and see you next week!

Chapter 19: What Is TheDylanSark?

Hey what is up everyone it's TheDylanSark here! Now I was wondering what is TheDylanSark (TDS) to me or what I want it to be for you guys. This blog is about what YouTube and my entire channel is to me. I was wondering what I want to do because I feel people are saying "So WHY do you do YouTube?" I wanted to answer this question by myself first then I want to explain to others. In this blog I will answer Life's questions and explain to you what TDS will mean to you and me in the future and right now. Because I want it to mean more to you than some small idea.

   So if you don't know TDS is TheDylanSark but it's also my entire YouTube channel. YouTube is a video sharing platform on the internet where you can connect with others and upload your own content (videos, music, skits, etc.) Which is exactly what I want to do. I want to make my own music, make funny skits with my friends or even by myself. I want it to mean something to me and to other people. Now a lot of YouTubers say "I did YouTube because I loved it, not for the money or the fame." I've come to realize that although I would love to be famous and well known and have people be happy because of something I did. As a fan of so many amazing YouTubers who have made it so far, I feel like I got caught on the whole I want to be like him, her, or them. When I need to just be myself. So many people have left hateful comments on my YouTube, have doubted me, or get annoyed by my constant "promotion" of my YouTube channel. It's absolutely amazing how people have judged me (a small YouTube Channel)

I just need to keep looking forward and forget about all the people who don't like my videos. I want my channel to become a brand you wear on cold days, wear on your wrists, or cover a bad hair day with. One day I want people to come up to me and want to take a picture, or come out on a stage and have people cheer for me. I guess that's so many people's dreams, but one day WE can make it come true. I don't want to say I did it all by myself, because I have had friends help me but the real people that helped me are the people who watch my videos or are subscribed to me. It's YOU who help me reach higher goals. Although we are far from famous or tours, for right now we will make videos and have a great laugh!

Chapter 18: The Ride By Witt Lowry

Hey what is up everyone it's TheDylanSark here and oh my god. My favorite rapper/my inspiration came out with a new song as of 2/29/16. This song is called "The Ride" featuring Jared Evans. The song is themed after roller-coasters and people doubting you and being put down. Witt Lowry always inspires me with his songs because they have actual meaning to them and they aren't just "words" they become lyrics not from his mind but from his heart. Witt is also a small rapper compared to other known rappers but I believe in my heart he is bigger than any rapper known today. I swear that I know so many of his songs by heart, which keeps my mind always busy and thinking. I can be walking down the hallway and rap the entire "Kindest Regards" by Witt Lowry.  Now oh my god I don't know about you but this song is absolutely amazing. I haven't been on Twitter for a while and when I saw this video in my YouTube Feed Box I think my neighbors heard me scream. The first part of the song Witt refers to being a rapper just like anyone else "The box they tried to put us in." But Witty doesn't want to be like everyone else he wants to be better and different. The song also talks about being put down by others and you just have to surpass and show them what you can actually do. I believe the song also is about fake friends "They're saying they wish you well, But to see you fail, they're wishing." Witt Lowry also states that he doesn't want to be like the rest of people or follow society's trends which I agree with 100%.  That'll do for the song for this blog, if you have your own interpretation or opinion you can comment down below. I also just wanted to say that I believe that Witt Lowry is a huge inspiration, because his messages in his songs are so deep and actually apply to life. His songs aren't just words that you yell in the car while driving. His songs are poems that express real life and have helped so many people get through hard times in their lives. Where have you ever heard that a song about money and drugs helped someone through their hard times in life? No where because it doesn't, but an actual message will. I know I've talked about Witt Lowry before and my obsess over him.

Chapter 16: Rapping In Videos?

Hey what is up everyone it is TheDylanSark here! Today I have a short announcement about some songs. I want to incorporate raps into all of my skit videos unless for some reason I just can't. So I already have a new video idea thought out, but I keep delaying it because I'm waiting on the rapping. I was also wondering if I should add a rap in all skits if you guys are okay with that? I used to always rap in my past videos. I kind of just got obsessed with rapping even though I'm not that good to be honest. I need to start making videos again that's the first issue really, I'll come up with some suggestions for next week and see if you guys can help me out here :(. I'm sorry I promised a video these past week I really need to find my encouragement back again. Okay well love you guys to the fridge and back and I'll see you next week.

Chapter 15: All Coming Back Soon!

   Hey! TheDylanSark is back at it again, and we starting this year of videos next week! I am coming back from the dead now after my very long resting period? Hey I'm going to let you know that I'm going to make up some story about my comeback. Let's get into this -ish in this blog, so let's go!
   There I was laying on stone cold pavement. Just kidding it's California, ok shh let's get back into this amazing story. There I laid on hot pavement wondering why I am even laying down. I suddenly am laying on the grass because come on why pavement. Suddenly I knew what to do, so I pulled out my phone and starting playing Piano Titles 2. After reaching Level 41 and beating all of Christina's records ( http://seasidestyles.blogspot.com/), I started to regain my chakra, no stop come back (not referring to Naruto anymore!) I sat thinking of video ideas and after a month (don't ask) I finally have video ideas!

Chapter 14: SetBacks

Hey what is up everyone, it is TheDylanSark here! Man I haven't posted in so long I need to blow the dust off my channel. But there is something new about my channel (sadly not an upload.) I have something's I need to complain about so, hi welcome to my blog I don't like immature people and let's begin. In this blog I talk about my new YouTube Channel art, Video Games, ranting, and my opinion on the new song from Witt Lowry (it was alright, I guess), so let's begin!

So yes that picture right above here is my new channel art. For us we can see the whole picture which is what you would see if you went on my channel on your TV. If you actually go to my channel on your computer (which you so should anyways) you will only see that middle part. On tablets and phones it gets smaller width wise of what you can see. Now this is part of a rant because let's be real here. If you have ever played League of Legends or any competitive game than you know the deal with "Elo." "The Elo rating system is a method for calculating the relative skill levels of players in competitor-versus-competitor games such as chess." by Wikipedia. Now in League of Legends there is seasons (currently at Season 6, and I started back in Season 3) but every time a season ends you lose your ranking. Now people already have their elo points, it's want you get placed into matches based off of. It just annoys me  that after every season I have to play Ranked and I always, and I mean always get placed lower than what I finished with. It's basically a part of the game that you have to climb back up the "Elo Ladder." It hurts my soul that this season I got placed about 5 ranks lower than what I finished with, which is about an entire tier.

      Anyways with that whole League of Legends nonsense, tell me if I should do a "Road to Gold" video. Okay that is all I have for this blog and so I'm ending it here. Chapter 13: This, That, and The Other

Hey what is up everyone, it is TheDylanSark or just simply Dylan. Here is another Sunday night where I see the time and I'm like "oh damn I need to do my blog!" I think this happens to a lot of people hey, you don't act like you didn't publish your blog past 11 because you were listening to music. That's also another question, does anyone else listen to music while they write or play video games? It's funny I play a game where you have to listen carefully and have full focus and I'm blasting music. Ah I'm so excited let's begin it's past 9 already.  In this paragraph I will discuss the cool pictures you see, Witt Lowry, and whatever else that comes to my mind let's begin!

The picture you see on your right was taken by my friend Ryan A. and I photo shopped it into the picture you are seeing. We started doing a project in Literature class where we take pictures at our school and then we make "Story Starters" out of them. Our entire Period 1 Class started working together on Google Slides, which is pretty cool because we get to all work together on a PowerPoint document and it's in real time. Also this is where my very controlling personality comes in and I am very controlling. I also have the right to be because I have already put more time and effort than anyone else. I made the intro/beginning slide and yes people also edited their slides as much as I did. I still should have the right to have the top slides of this project because look at these images on this blog, don't they deserve to be the top slides? Oh yeah you want to know why "Oh Dylan you don't sound so controlling." No you are wrong, anyone that puts theirs at the top or puts their slide in between Ryan and I's slides I put them under my slides.

I am really happy to talk about a new song! Witt Lowry who I talked about in my last blog is releasing his new song "Around Your Heart" tomorrow at 8pm. Can we just talk about this for like an hour? We can just start with the amazing artwork of this song. This design is just really appealing to my eyes because it's like the roses are bleeding and you see the splash marks in the back. Also I think it's cool because at the bottom it says "Tomorrow" but if you've seen his Twitter @WittLowry he's uploaded this picture different times with the bottom saying the different amount of days until the 25th. If you see me at school (I doubt you've read this before school on Monday) I'm going to be so happy that day and talk all about it. You could come up to me and say that you hate me or give me bad news and I wouldn't care one grain of salt because Witt Lowry, the only rapper I listen to, is releasing a new song.  I just went on Twitter and I saw Witt upload the new last picture of "Around Your Heart" cover.

Yeah I got to go to "sleep" now, and by sleep I mean watch Youtube until it's passed 12 o'clock. Oh I have History homework, like I'll finish that pshh. Ok love you guys to the fridge and back, bye!

Chapter 12: One Year Anniversary!

 

   Oh my god, I am so happy let's talk about it! If you can tell by the title it is the one year anniversary of my comeback on YouTube. Let's talk about what you were missing in this long gap of time. It's been a long time since the last time we talked just you and me. I have to tell you what happened over Winter Break so let's begin!

   By now I've texted Deacon in full caps to tell him that it's been a year since the video we first did together. You guys remember my first video "Teaching My Friend How To Leave A Game." Now I'd like to thank all of you but I don't want to call you my "fans" because I already have those in my house. I'd rather say people that enjoy my videos, enjoy my personality, laughs with or at me in my videos, or my large family of friends. We are now at 43 subscribers and I swear I don't have that many alt accounts subscribed to me! It kind of sucks people see that number and say "Wow that is such a small number, my favorite Youtuber Water Bottle Master 9000 has 5 million subscribers!" Well sorry that Water Bottle Master 9000 has more subscribers and probably has more content and has been on YouTube longer than me. If you actually think about it, all 43 people? I'm not sure I have 43 friends currently, do you? Hmm I wonder how Water Bottle Master 9000 got to 5 million in the first place, they kind of have to pass 43 first. Anyways before I keep rambling on about numbers let's talk about my new video (by the way Water Bottle Master 9000 is not an actual YouTuber.)

This intro was a little annoying to make because I'm still a bit new to Adobe After Effects. This will be the end of me talking about my YouTube Channel and give you some recommendation of music, enjoy!

  As my last paragraph I want to tell you my new crave of music. If you don't like rap at all although this is rap it's not like the rap you are thinking of rapping about girls, money, and drugs. Now to tell you about this music artist, his name is Mark but he goes by Witt Lowry. I personally love listening to the genre Alternative and that's why I like a lot of music (except country no one likes country, sorry Ian.) Witt Lowry's songs are so relatable and put new rap music to absolute shame. Now he does swear in his music so if you can't listen to music with cuss words you can skip this. If you can, but not many I absolutely recommend Kindest Regards, there is two swear words and the song is so powerful and is great if you don't really like rap. If you are okay with rap and cuss words I recommend My Mistake and Ladders. If you love to swear and love hardcore rap I recommend Tried To Be Nice and Piece of Mind. If you like slower and deep rap that makes you think I recommend Wonder if You Wonder, Dreaming With Our Eyes Open, and Running From Here. Now you are probably why I am telling you all about this Witt. Now I personally love his style and have listened to his album over 10 times in like one day. Also I tweeted about him and he liked it so this is some of my gratitude and thanking him for music that is literally music to my ears.
